Local Lawyers in Schools launches

Following the success of the Lawyers in Schools programme the Citizenship Foundation has developed a new project, Local Lawyers in Schools, designed specifically for small and medium-sized, regional law firms keen to make a difference in their local area.

Local Lawyers in Schools connects lawyers and local schools to run lively, interactive discussions on various aspects of the law and legal system including human rights, the powers of the police, employment law and the youth justice system.

Following a successful pilot of the scheme the team are recruiting lawyers and teachers from across the country to participate. For more details about the scheme please visit our website or contact David Raeburn on 020 7566 4157 or david.raeburn@citizenshipfoundation.org.uk
