2 Nov 07 | 2 schools in Thurrock | “Slavery and Citizenship” as part of Thurrock Council’s Black History Month activities, coordinated by the Corporate Diversity team. RE did two assemblies and, with HH, workshops on slavery and children’s rights. |
No follow-up action as yet. Possible kernel of teaching materials for curriculum on slavery. |
